Critical skills required:
Exceptional data entry speed/accuracy plus ability to stay focused and perform work for long periods of time.
Self-motivated to help coworkers during lull times.
Excellent customer service, communication and ability to work w/varying types of personalities is necessary.
Administrative background, and have experience in a warehouse/shipping office environment and familiarity w/shipping material, DOT regulations and relationship between the two.
Attention to detail, timeliness and excellent attendance are key as position is imperative in keeping operation running.
