Compu-Link is Hiring a HUD VP Alternate Contract Manager Near Tulsa, OK

As the Alternate Contract Manager (ACM), this position works in collaboration with the Contract Manager – HUD, to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service/Service Level Requirement’s Oversight
  • Assist CM in Monthly Contract Deliverables due to HUD for contract
  • Authority to sign as delegated representative on POA for HUD in CM’s absence
  • Purchasing and Office Supply Budget Oversight
  • Annual Employee Re-Certification coordination with HR
  • Call Center Oversight
  • IT Oversight
  • Cash Management Oversight
  • Assist the Contract Manager in Review, analysis and preparations of OIG and HUD audits
  • Liaison of Congressional inquiries to Senators, Representatives as well as any Attorney General, CFPB or BBB complaints in conjunction with Contract Manager
  • Serve as Vendor Manager support for all 3rd party vendors with CM
  • Serve as Training coordinator – oversees general new hire training to make sure it is in line with contractual obligations, as well as supervisor and departmental training with material for all areas of contract
  • Facility management oversight/liaison between Corporate Facility and on-site building management
  • Participate and assist CM in Review Quarterly Reviews from Client and respond to contract reviews with Corporate Executive Team
  • Assist Executive Team and CM in Legal Opinions, RFP’s and Contractual Responses or modifications
  • Respond to client on all ad-hoc requests and contractual questions at direction of CM
  • Ensure physical security and safeguards are always in place
  • Train and review regulation on all contractual matters as well as industry standards on entire program
  • Project management
  • Ability to know the servicing functions and oversee the loan servicing operations as performing to the contract
  • Oversees the Loan Servicing Manager to ensure compliance with contract requirements and SLA’s

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management

Experience/Training

  • Demonstrated competency in an enterprise project management role involving the execution of multiple projects or a large project
  • Experience in contract law, contract management and client deliverables
  • Experience in Loan Servicing (knowledge of HECM in the last 3 years required by HUD)
  • Experience in Call Center implementation and management
  • Knowledge of HUD Regulation and the CFR governing the contract
  • Knowledge of HUD systems a plus, knowledge of US Treasury Systems a plus; but not required
  • Prior or Current Government Clearance a plus; but not required

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to know the servicing functions and oversee the loan servicing operations as performing to the contract
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented and customer-centric environment
  • Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
  • Ability to achieve results by driving decisions through advice and counsel to others

This position requires the successful completion of a federal background check to include criminal background check, drug test, credit check, and fingerprinting.
