Responsibilities and Duties

• Service Department related quotes.
• Input preventative maintenance contracts into computer.
• Possess excellent phone skills; must be professional, speak clearly & concisely, and very comfortable speaking to all levels of customers and clients.
• Allocate parts to jobs. Technical knowledge a plus.
• Performs functions including customer service duties.
• Monitor and reconcile incoming paperwork.
• Problem solve client issues by researching accounts and finding supporting documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliations.
• Relationship building with client base, entities, management, sales and logistics staff.
• Occasional overtime and the ability to perform other duties as required by business needs
• Other duties to include: Drafting and developing general correspondence, maintaining/managing calendars, filing, preparing/submitting a variety of reports as requested by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Flexible to pick up anywhere within department/overflow where help is needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• ***Experience with Microsoft Office. (Word and Excell knowledge a must)***.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Computer proficiency, knowledge of Outlook, and good typing skills (minimum 45 wpm).
• Must be a self-starting individual, competent, enthusiastic, and work well both independently and with a team.
• Paperwork organization skills are required.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
