COMPREHENSIVE PAIN MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Warwick, RI

Comprehensive Pain Management (Warwick location) is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist. The candidate must be able to multitask well and is a team player assisting Nurse Practitioners and Pain Physicians. Reliability and good work ethic is a must

Duties may include but are not limited to any/or all of the following:

  • Welcomes and greets all patients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Coordinates patient schedules with professional staff and schedules appointments.
  • Registers patients, verify insurance coverage and appropriate referrals, and answers telephone and direct calls appropriately and professionally.
  • Prepare patient appointments for days ahead. Preparing each patient’s medical record per office protocol (i.e., lab reports, allergies, and other correspondence.)
  • Directs patients for urinalysis collection.
  • Perform all duties assigned

Job Qualifications and Specifications

  • Medical Receptionist/Assistant experience 1-2 years preferred
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Active CPR Certification
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • up to date Covid-19 vaccination status.
