COMPREHENSIVE PAIN MANAGEMENT is Hiring a MEDICAL ASSISTANT Full-time Near Franklin, MA

Franklin Pain Associates, LLC/DBA Comprehensive Pain Management is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant. The candidate must be able to multitask well and is a team player assisting Nurse Practitioners and Pain Physicians. Reliability and good work ethic is a must

Duties may include but not limited to any/or all of the following:

  • Coordinates patient schedules with professional staff and schedules appointments.
  • Registers patients, verifying insurance coverage and appropriate referrals, answers telephone and directs calls appropriately and professionally.
  • Prepare patient appointments for days ahead. Preparing each patient’s medical record per office protocol (i.e., lab reports, allergies and other correspondence.)
  • Obtain and record blood pressure, height, weight, pulse, respirations, and temperature as needed.
  • Directing patients for urinalysis collection.
  • Perform all duties assigned

Job Qualifications and Specifications

  • Medical Receptionist/Assistant experience 1-2 years preferred
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Active CPR Certification
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • up to date Covid-19 vaccination status.

Starting at 16.00 per hour
