Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit requisitions through CostPoint for the ordering of any new equipment or supplies needed to support facilities and operation sites.
• Closely coordinate with Corporate Procurement the submission of requisitions and the tracking of shipments from distribution or manufacturer to point of use.
• Support procurement function and maintain all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services.
• Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives
• Develops and implements efficiencies, standardized tools, practices and procedures, shortening the quotation, RFP and decision-making process and evaluation time.
• Develops, implements and maintains procurement policies and review on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of leadership experience in procurement, setting procurement strategies, driving cost savings and improving terms and conditions
• Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation.
