We are seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our non-profit team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining and organizing the payroll inbox, responding to service team inquiries, and assisting with various administrative duties. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry.Responsibilities:• Monitor the payroll inbox and respond to emails within a specified time frame.• Organize and manage the payroll inbox• Document payroll department requests, issues, or questions in a spreadsheet, noting the type, priority, received date, status, and completion date.• Investigate paychecks, tax deductions, vacation and sick accruals, and other payroll-related matters, liaising as necessary with related staff and managers.• Assist employees with troubleshooting ADP login issues, access permissions, and timecard issues as requested by the payroll manager• Provide administrative support to the Payroll manager.• Calculate retroactive payments, vacation payouts, and manual checks.• Utilize ADP WFN
