Comprehensive Behavior Supports is Hiring a Case Manager Near Brooklyn, NY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain frequent communication and creates a warm relationship with client families who are receiving services, including monthly check in calls
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise with services
- Receive patient progress reports in a timely fashion and otherwise assist process of securing insurance re/authorization
- Maintain confidential client records
- Manage all staffing needs that fall within the region and work closely with our recruiters to ensure appropriate case staffing
- Liaise with recruiters in order to hire staff and then staff cases in a timely manner
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
- Document all communication with client families and providers
- ABA experience a plus
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Social Sciences field highly preferred
- General case management skills, such as the ability to answer families' questions about their child's care, treatment plans, progression and address any related concerns
- Great documentation, organization and tracking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to take directives
- Detail-oriented
- Writing & phone skills
- Ability to multitask
- Have a positive attitude
- Computer proficiency
- Quick learner, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment where deadlines have to be met
