About You
Be responsible and "own" day-to-day full-charge bookkeeping/accounting/payroll duties of 20 person, multi-entity, project-based professional engineering service business. Engineers track time & expense on various projects that are invoiced to clients using "project" or "progress" billing at % or milestones against advance fee retainers.
Be responsible for GL entries, invoicing, AR, AP, purchase requests, bank & credit card reconciliations, payroll via ADP, financial reporting, balance sheet and month-end close.
Must be precise, able to be counted on, a leader, an effective communicator & presenter, super organized, and
•Must have:
o Understanding of accounting software
o Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
o Payroll
o Accounts receivables and payables
o Light administrative duties
•Hoped to have:

Salary : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
