Complex Steel Buildings is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

We is looking for an energetic, experienced Sales Representative to join our Team. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities by prospecting, contacting and working with customers. (in-house leads)

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a sales role and in inside sales support (Carports, RV Covers, Metal Building and Garages). You will be working with customers to help them achieve their goals through the sale of products and services and exceptional customer service and follow up.

You will be working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that the company’s vision is met and that we are on the same page. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and contacting potential customers
  • Contact potential customers by day’s end to determine if they are interested in learning more.
  • Sending out all quotes and following up
  • Reach monthly sales targets by month’s end.
  • Continuously improve by analyzing the data from Prospecting and Insights.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and help them realize their goals.
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, chat, live chats, etc.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and new technologies in trade shows and events.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary (based on experience) with opportunity for bonus based on performance.
  • Commission

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
