As a Data Verification Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into our systems. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and cross-reference data entered into our systems for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data entries
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with other team members to address any data-related issues or concerns
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while processing large volumes of data
• Follow established protocols and procedures for data verification and entry
• Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with data management and verification systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
