Sales Professional
Location: Youngstown, Ohio
Reports To: Rob Fernback, Director of Sales
Purpose:
Gain clients and build brand awareness through business to business solicitation.
Job type: Full-time
Pay type: Base Salary Bonus
Expected Pay: Varies based on productivity
Training Period: 2 Weeks with manager, 2 weeks with some over sight, and 2 days in field with our technician manager to learn how jobs are done.

Responsibilities:
Travel to different territories, going business to business to obtain customers for pest control services
Demonstrate knowledge of pest control industry to potential customers
Perform basic inspections to diagnose pest and wildlife control opportunities
Educate potential customers on treatment options and importance of prevention
Guide customer through the closing process, including signing relevant documents and processing payment
Follow up after customer receives initial services to maintain positive rapport with customer and request reviews and other feedback when appropriate
Use Google Docs/Sheets to record detailed notes on customer interactions and other relevant information from the assigned sales route
Professional Requirements:
Maintain professional appearance while on job
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver license
Must be able to pass background check
Maintain appropriate schedule as given
Lift minimum of 25 pounds
Able to walk and stand for majority of day
Must have a smartphone for use of software
Sales Requirements
1-6 months - $5,000/month ($30,000)
6-12 months - $8,00/month ($48,000)
Year 2 - $10,000/month
After Year 2, Reassess Salary and Goals
