Complete Dental Arts is Hiring a Dental Office Manager Near Fayetteville, GA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm Dental Office Manager to oversee and support our busy practice operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling patient scheduling, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.This position may be required to support either our Newnan location (Complete Dental Arts) or Fayetteville (Fayette Dental Group). ***NO PHONE CALLS/WALK-INS please***
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a dental office setting or healthcare management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Experience billing, posting and explaining insurance to patients
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in dental practice management software - Experience presenting treatment plans and converting treatment
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the dental office including staff supervision, patient scheduling, and office budget
- Ensure efficient office operations and workflow - Process patient billing and insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality - Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Handle patient inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee inventory management - Monitor and improve office procedures for efficiency
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with dentists and other staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance - Ensure practice is meeting production and collection goals - Adaptable to change and lead practice changes - Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

Other: Looking for non-smoking personnel Must be able to pass a background screening and drug test
