**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment, and maintain excellent patient care. Our offices: Complete Dental Arts (located 25 mins south of the Atlanta airport; Thomas Crossroads) and Fayette Dental Group (Fayetteville). ***No walk-ins or emails please***
**Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a dental assistant program or on-the-job training.
  • X-ray certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
  • CPR certification is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments.
  • Take and develop dental X-rays.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with lab work as needed.
  • Follow infection control procedures.
