Shift: Day shift
Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
·Administering treatments and documentation
·Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
·Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
·Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
·Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
·Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
·All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
- Must have an active RN license in the state of MD
- RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred
