Registered Dietician Qualifications & Responsibilities:

··Provide comprehensive medical nutrition therapy care to residents.

·Assist facility with audits to ensure deficiency free surveys, menu planning, kitchen sanitation audits and in service education for dietary and nursing staff.

·Ensure that facility is meeting CMS and State regulations for Dieticians.

·Must be a registered Dietitian in New Jersey.

·Experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
