NOW HIRING: Environmental Services (EVS) Director
Environmental Services (EVS) Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental services policies and procedures to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Oversee the management of cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to address environmental and facility-related issues.
- Manage departmental budgets and expenditures effectively.
- Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to promote environmental responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Services Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within environmental services or housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
