Now Hiring:

Full-Time Director of Nursing

Responsibilities: 

• Define and maintain the standards of nursing practice within the facility.
• Ensure the Nursing Department remains in compliance of all local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies.
• Complete daily rounds ensuring the residents are maintaining appropriate level of care.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator and Regional Team.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.

License: 

• Must have an Active RN license.
