Now Hiring:
Full-time: (HR) Human Resources Director
Responsibilities of a (HR) Human Resources Director:
Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications of a (HR) Human Resources Director:
Must be vaccinated/willing to vaccinate or have medical/religious exemptions.
Two years of long term care experience as a (HR) Human Resources Director is preferred.
License:
Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required.
