RESPONSIBILITIES OF A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR:
Review payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies
- Coordinating interviews for new staff.
- Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
- Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR:
Must be vaccinated/willing to vaccinate or have medical/religious exemptions.
- Two years of experience in the healthcare field of HR and Payroll Process.
Degree in HR preferred.
