RESPONSIBILITIES OF A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR:

  • Review payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies

  • Coordinating interviews for new staff.
  • Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
  • Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS OF A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR:

  • Must be vaccinated/willing to vaccinate or have medical/religious exemptions.

  • Two years of experience in the healthcare field of HR and Payroll Process.
  • Degree in HR preferred.
