Qualifications and skills:

Excellent Computer Skills

NextGen Knowledge is preferred

Excellent Communication Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Job duties to include but not limited to scanning, importing forms, process/copy/send medical record request/subpoenas/disability - insurance forms. ensure new patient medical records received/all forms completed prior to visit, confirmation/reminder calls, back-up check-in desk and check-out desk, back-up phones/messages, distribute incoming faxes/storage of faxes), distribute mail, misc office duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
