Now Hiring : Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities Staffing Coordinator :

• Create daily staffing schedule for GNA’s / LPN’s / RN’s.
• Maintain labor spend to minimize overtime and agency usage through effective scheduling strategies.
• Ensure nursing hours / patient day are at appropriate budgeted levels.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications Staffing Coordinator :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Positive and energetic individual with creativity
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred.
