• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative mai n tenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the mai n tenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Mai n tenance Director and Administrator.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required .

Mai n tenance Assistant Schedules & Benefits :

• Schedule : Full-time, Day shift, every other weekend and on call responsibilities shared with Maintenance Director
• Daily Pay Option
