Maintenance Assistant Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
- Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
- Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Computer knowledge.
- Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
Maintenance Assistant Schedules & Benefits:
- Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, every other weekend and on call responsibilities shared with Maintenance Director
- Daily Pay Option
