NOW HIRING: Unit Manager

Responsibilitiesof a Unit Manager:

  • The Unit Managers will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care
  • Supervising, directing, and developing nurse staff of a designated unit
  • Reporting to the
    Director of Nursing
    to ensure quality patient care
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualificationsof a Unit Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
  • Previous nursing managerial role in a long-term care or nursing facility
