Data Architect / Engineer Responsibilities and Expectations: Translate business requirements to data models designed to support business reporting. Leverage Cloud based platforms for data storage of 1st and 3rd party data. Lead data engineers to execute data pipelines for near real time data source ingestion and use in activation platforms. Pipeline programming and configuration skills with ETL technologies.

As an Senior Solutions Manager, your primary mission is to provide exemplary client service while leading clients and teams through transformative change. You will be responsible for engaging business and technology stakeholders to assess, analyze, design and ultimately deliver solutions. You must have experience architecting solutions that have a combination of strategy, product, data and/or technology. You must have experience owning and building client relationships, accountability of solutions engagement outcomes from solution design to delivery. 

Fit & Finish: We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Solution Managers who have demonstrated success in the following:2 years performing in a senior solutions manager type role, 10 years total experience; 3 yrs with a premier consulting firm. Experience developing product strategies, ideally within IT, Data or Marketing. Ability to develop and lead talent from analyst to manager level both in a project setting and through a community of practice. Proven track record of complex problem solving using qualitative / quantitative research, service design, design thinking, and/or other solution frameworks. Strong familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles. Strong design thinking, investigative and analysis skills with ability to synthesize/translate business needs to effectively operate within the technical environment. Ability to identify client needs and position CompassX solutions to meet client needs. Bonus Fit: architecture skills with a background in data or software engineering development.
