MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS OUR DIRECTOR OF NURSING

As our Director of Nursing, your day begins with coordinating home health care services to align with agency philosophy and standards. You plan, develop, implement, and evaluate agency services, ensuring ANA Standards of Care and policies are met. Your focus is on maintaining quality and safety while fostering excellence in home and nursing care. You also guide agency development, stepping in for the Administrator and coordinating Client Services, Quality Improvement, and Risk Management. Monitoring client well-being, facilitating communication, and contributing to staff recruitment, evaluation, and training display your comprehensive approach. Seamlessly transitioning to Nursing Supervisor, you excel under stress and respect others' opinions. Upholding infection control, managing time efficiently, and making informed decisions underscore your proficiency. Your commitment to agency success, reflected in policy adherence, completes your impactful responsibilities.

OUR IDEAL DIRECTOR OF NURSING

We're seeking candidates who can work a PRN (as needed) schedule and meet these requirements:

• Licensed RN, in good standing, issued by the NJ Board of Nursing
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or another health-related field
• 2 years of professional experience as an RN in community health and/or home health facilities
• Proficiency in providing nursing services in patient homes and assisted living facilities
• Ability to provide home visits and be reachable via telephone during Agency On-Call Hours
• Possession of professional liability insurance with coverage ranging from $1-$3 million dollars, as applicable
