About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The Compass Truck Rental Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to optimize sales strategies and offerings.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.

Requirements:

• Preferred but not required experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in a relevant industry (we train for success).
• Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Bilingual candidates are welcome
