At Compass, our goal is to take a group of kind and creative people, and change lives for the better using ABA (and support each other and have some fun along the way). As an RBT at Compass, you will provide ABA services to children diagnosed with autism in a variety of locations (home, grocery stores, libraries, daycares, after-school programs, etc.) within Contra Costa County. A high school diploma is required, and an RBT certification is preferred.
We are currently hiring for RBTs in our North Region, which includes Brentwood, Walnut Creek, Antioch, and Lafayette cases. Hours vary based on client needs. The cases in this region need RBTs for approximately 10 am - 630 pm M- F. RBTs can expect to work up to 33 hours per week. Less hours are acceptable and more hours may be given if the RBT is willing to work in neighboring regions.
