Reports to: Executive Chef
Pay: $16.00/hr

Prepares food items according to recipe, while adhering to all quality and sanitation standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares food for restaurant according to standardized recipes.
- Follows production sheets and prep lists to ensure adequate stock of all food items.
- Complies with all safety and sanitation standards set by both Levy and health department.
- Stores, labels, and dates all food items according to policy.
- Receives food deliveries and properly stores food items.
- Loads, unloads, and transports food items and supplies from one area to another.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure safety of food.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Must be at leat 21 years of age or older.
- Must have open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to frequently move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
