The Assistant Manager supervises the daily front-of-house Sky Club operations, adhering to Delta's culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and our company's standards and expectations of food quality, freshness, and presentation. The Assistant Manager motivates, trains, develops, and directs all staff to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers. You will solve problems professionally, rapidly, and fairly while maintaining a positive working relationship with the client.

• Past experience in a high-end, luxury service or hospitality environment is required.
• Salary $60,000- $65,000
• Open availably is required! This position will require a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• An experienced hospitality professional is required for this high-profile role at one of the top 10 largest employers in the world!
• To be successful, an individual that is service-minded and enjoys a fast-paced food and beverage operation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years food service operation supervision experience
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong passion for great food and exceptional guest service
• General culinary knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures
• Ability to follow all Company Health & safety standards
• Must be open to working days/nights/weekends, per Sky Club operating hours
