**Job Description**
* Job title/position: Regional Sales Manager K12,

The regional manager will be responsible for managing territory in the Southeast & Northeast regions. This position will be part of IPEVOs North America Sales Team. This person will need to demonstrate the ability to align new product and service offerings to the K-12 market. He/she will also be responsible for expanding relationships with customers and our Distributor/Reseller/VAR network. This position requires the effective and successful management of the assigned territory and the ability to develop, build, and maintain successful partnerships and relationships, and exceed revenue goals, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our channel partners and customers. Candidates are expected to spend time onsite with our partners as much as possible (once it is safe to travel again).
This person will be ideally based out of the East coast but candidates from New York, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia will also be highly considered.
**In This Role, You Will**
* Respond to all sales correspondence, phone calls, and email inquiries regarding pricing, RFQs, and provide show or event support in a timely manner.
* Manage existing authorized resellers in assigned territory and recruit and train new reseller partners as needed in assigned territory
* Call on and sell IPEVO solutions and products to end-user customers (in-Person, email, virtual, and phone)
* Understand each customers footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, and competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
* Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
* Provide timely feedback to the sales and technical support team on market status and product issues to ensure IPEVO is capable of responding to and/or anticipating changes needed to maintain success.
* Attend trade shows/conferences and deliver on-site presentations and demonstrations
* Outbound and develop new K-12 & pro-AV customers in assigned territory
* Significant cross-functional collaboration with customer service and technical support team, marketing
* Responsible for weekly and monthly reports and forecasting
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to end-user customers
* Ability to travel 60% of the time.
* Report directly to HQ (Taiwan Sales Management)
**Job Requirements For This Role**
* Strong track record of overachievement with complex sales cycles
* 5 combined years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role (including experience with enterprise sales), K-12 sales is required (Higher Education, Reseller Channels is a plus)
* Experience managing resellers and channels is a plus
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish credibility.
* Must be a self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, professional, have a positive attitude, and ability to multi-task
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent
* Candidates must be located in New York, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia
