Pay Grade: 15
Reports To: Regional Marketing Manager
Salary: $85,000/yr.
Other Forms of Compensation: 20% Bonus Eligibility

Job Summary
The Field Marketing Manager at Compass Group is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and providing support to key stakeholders within the Northern California market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This individual will be responsible for local travel to provide field support within their designated territory and up to 10-15% out of state travel, based on business need.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or regional marketing preferred, and/or related experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic region as needed.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and promotions.
- Knowledge of the food service industry or hospitality sector is a plus.
