Job Summary
Have a passion for the finer things in life? Especially when it comes to food & beverage experiences?
As the Director of Dining Services, you will support the successful day-to-day food operations for two- beautiful corporate office spaces. Overseeing a senior culinary manager and <10 hourly associates, outstanding hospitality will be the common goal! The dining operation includes a cafe and catering services.
This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, competitive benefits and strong growth potential within the R/A brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Be responsible for all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Roll out new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production and catering experience
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
