Job Summary
Working as a Utility Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for an acute care food service setting in Cleveland, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains dish areas to ensure products are accessible
- Ensures show quality standards in Kitchens and FOH areas are maintained at all times
- Employs good safety and sanitation practices
- Practices proper control and handling of all inventory and equipment
- Ensures the culinary team has the necessary equipment and supplies
- Displays a positive attitude towards team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
- Passionate about safety and sanitation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- High level of computer literacy
- Implement oversee and follow up on all sanitation standards and procedures
- Responsible for ensuring food service equipment is secure and maintained in proper order
- Prepare weekly schedules and schedule additional personnel as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
