The Senior Analyst, Strategy and Analytics will report directly to the VP of Strategy and Innovation. This person will partner closely with key strategic projects to help inform future design and development of the corporate dining experience.
This role requires a strategic business mindset and a bias for action. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and efficiently partner with various stakeholders, from leaders to individual contributors and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Synthesize quantitative data (financial, transactional, equipment costs) and qualitative information (customer feedback, space design trends) to create recommendations to inform future space needs.
• Build financial models that are the blueprint for global operational guidelines.
• Oversee the execution of pilot projects to understand impact and scalability.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts from design and construction, foodservice operation, culinary, and space/experience design.
• Complete ad hoc analyses that provide insights and potential action items.
• Create an economic valuation of pilot projects’ bottom-line impact.
• Use syndicated databases to query, download, and analyze data on consumers, food and beverage trends, and competitive locations; create visuals to communicate complex qualitative and quantitative data related to consumer insights.
• Assemble actionable, relevant insights from a variety of data sources (point-of-sale data, vending data, third-party sources, etc.).

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
• Professional knowledge or experience of the following:
• Expertise in Excel modeling and financial business modeling are strongly preferred
• Data visualization (Tableau or PowerBI preferred)
• SQL experience is a plus
• Experience or understanding of construction project management
• Attention to detail and project management
• Enthusiasm for testing new things and innovating
• Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
