Job Summary

As the Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the precise management and upkeep of approximately 20 pantries as a part of our complimentary snack and beverage program. Each pantry is stocked with detail and intentionality, focusing on the perfect balance of wellness, indulgence, fun, and functionality. Products promoting seasonality, freshness and innovation.
This position requires Monday through Friday, daytime and occasional evening availability. If you have an eye for detail, curiosity and interest in sourcing the latest and greatest in food/beverage offerings and best-in-class hospitality skills, apply today!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize designated pantry areas. Perform quality checks through out the day to ensure all fruit and perishables are fresh
Plans, markets and executes special promotions
Works closely with pantry team to ensure all client expectations are met
Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
Managing and scheduling team, place all food orders, and maintain strong vendor relationships
Follow client expectations and communicate with manager on any pantry requests or needs.
Trouble shoot any issues and reach out to technicians if service is necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3-5 years of retail food service experience preferably in high end specialty markets
Experience in food and beverage, hotels, corporate dining, education, health care, and/or related food service operations.
Operational knowledge of coffee and food service equipment
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
ServSafe certified or Department of Health Certification is preferred
