Now, imagine stepping into the role of Finance Manager, where you'll spearhead reserve analysis, balance sheet oversight, and regional reconciliations. But that's just the start. This role reports to the Regional Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Perform analysis and generate reports of the team’s performance
* Maintain policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
* Collaborate with business partners for an accurate and successful month-end close
* Monthly accounting close activities, including journal entries
* Maintain and submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial trackers
* Prepare and submit monthly invoices to client
* Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are timely, clear, and accurate
* Assist in audits by providing requested reports and schedules
* Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management
* Present reports and data to clients and senior management
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
* CPA Certification
* 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience (public accounting and/or industry)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* MS Office proficiency
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP experience
* 2 years Public Accounting experience
* Experience with a large company preferred
