Provide lighting support for all worship services and events:

• Maintain a reliable lighting system for all worship services and events.
• Lighting for services and events
• Prepare lighting for rehearsals, worship services, and events

Recruit, train, equip, schedule, and lead lighting staff and Volunteers on assignment:

• Recruit lighting staff and Volunteers for events and services.
• Train lighting staff and Volunteers to competence.
• Equip lighting staff with the proper tools.
• Deploy lighting staff and Volunteers to appropriate tasks.

Update and maintain lighting technologies:

• Ensure that campus lighting systems are in working order. (Main Campus – All venues, and other campuses)
• Maintain and organize each room throughout all venues regarding lighting
• Advise on future lighting purchases.
• Oversee any lighting installation.
• Keep reliable records for licensing and subscriptions related to lighting
• Work independently, as well as part of a team (and Volunteers) to establish project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Creative Team to help facilitate the creation of weekend content

• Develop processes so the worship lighting and stage presentation are strong, clean, clear, inviting.
• Provide lighting systems for both campuses that complement the mission, vision and values of Compass and remove distractions in worship.
• Effectively create lighting environments that will help clearly illuminate all persons throughout.
• Effectively recruit and train volunteers.
• Maintain all lighting technology in all rooms campus and provide upgrade suggestions to continue excellence in lighting throughout.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
