We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist based out of our office in Chester, VA. This position will be primarily based in person in Chester with regular weekly travel to our office in Midlothian.

We are looking for an Administrative Specialist who works well with a team and who has excellent people skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate will have a desire to work hard to support our leadership team and to create a welcoming environment that helps our employees to feel cared for. This position will provide administrative support through a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, facilities management, processing mail and bills, ordering supplies and food, and generally supporting the location directors in these offices.

A successful candidate for Administrative Specialist will have the following:

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Effective written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization

· Proficiency using Microsoft Excel

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately – work independently and manage workload/meet deadlines without prompting

· Dependability, flexibility, and punctuality

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism, using discretion where needed when managing sensitive and private matters pertaining to our clients or employee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
