Our busy veterinary clinic is looking to add a full-time Reception Supervisor to our team!

Candidate should be a team-player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital. An upbeat, positive attitude, attention to detail, motivation, caring nature, computer literacy, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to continuously learn are an absolute must. Duties will include, but are not restricted to, emergency triage via telephone, scheduling appointments, creating invoices, receiving payments, balancing the cash drawer, handling a multi-line phone system, opening or closing the clinic, scanning in documents to our electronic health records, Human Resources tasks, assisting the Practice Manager, scheduling employees for their shifts, train new employees, and contribute to management/staff meetings .
