Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Hybrid Position (1 day in office/4 WFH)

We are actively seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
As our Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll make an impact by:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. Championing company culture and management practices within the organization.
• Collaborating with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help attract, engage and retain top talent.
• Proactively providing new, creative solutions to business and people challenges.
• Educating, coaching and partnering with Plant Managers to help career growth build management talent, including topics such as HR policies, coaching and counseling techniques, progressive disciplinary process, team member development goals, performance management, etc.
• Monitoring local employee engagement and recognize current issues preventing team engagement. Guiding local managers on actions aimed to improve conditions.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or warehouse/manufacturing management experience.
• Solid understanding of multiple human resource fields, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Training and development experience a plus.
