Lippert's Carpet One is currently searching for Sales Consultants to join their Grants Pass and Medford, OR showrooms. What We Offer
Monthly Base Pay: $3,692 Commission & Bonuses
Unlimited earning potential
Top earners are making over $100K
Full time: 40 hrs. 5-day work week (Monday-Saturday)

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to determine customer's overall flooring & design needs
Build strong client relationships and follow up on all jobs.
Schedule design appointments to meet with customers in the showroom & at home
Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services provided
Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals, and perform quality control throughout project
Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications and availability
Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Flooring Sales, Interior Design, Customer Service, or similar role
Must pass a background check & drug test
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, business management, interior design, or a similar field a plus
Basic computer/social media and math skills a must
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong personal and professional judgment
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers' needs and wants
Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Advanced time management skills and detailed oriented
Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
