Results-oriented and self-driven purchasing associate adept at preparing and processing purchase orders. Provide professional assistance to our teams in processing purchase orders to suppliers. Receive and document order confirmations. Collaborate on shipping logistics in order to receive materials timely for installations. Respond professionally and quickly to the team regarding products. Organize and maintain purchase order files and documents between the company and suppliers.

Must be proficient with data entry and computer skills. Skilled at communicating needs and timelines with suppliers and team.

Knowledge of RFMS Software would be fantastic, but not necessary as we will train you on our software platform.

Microsoft Excel is helpful

This is a 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday job. We pay bi-weekly and employees are offered health insurance where we pay for half of the employees medical insurance. We also offer dental and vision insurance. Additionally, employee will receive paid vacation and many paid holidays. We offer employees the opportunity to participate in our 401k retirement plan.
