Responsibilities:
- Complete paid training on product and service information
- Greet customers upon arrival
- Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and consumer trends
- Answer customers' questions about products and services
- Suggest and sell products and services to customers
- Open customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage when working independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive, outgoing personality
