Additional requirements of this entry-level Territory Sales Manager role include the:
  • Must have the desire to work in a fun industry selling a variety of products;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Have an outgoing personality with a confident and positive attitude;
  • Live within your designated territory;
  • Must travel territory via personal vehicle 5 days a week;
  • Exceptional technology skills, specifically the ability to operate an iPad and utilize Microsoft Office programs;
  • Be proficient with social media platforms;
  • 4-year college degree and/or comparable experience;
  • This is a travel territory that requires overnight travel between 6-7 nights per 4-week period;
  • Some of the cities included within the territory include Fresno, Bakersfield, Lake Isabella, San Luis Obispo, and Paso Robles.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints promptly;
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services;
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
