JOB SUMMARY:Supports the Company in implementation of strategies and products. Responsible for collecting data on and providing analysis for competitor products. Regularly produces reports on market and competitor intelligence. Builds presentations on various topics for diverse audiences. Conceive insights on future strategies and products. Aggregates large datasets and summarize for audiences with various levels of expertise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Build competitive product design and comparisonsWrite market and competitor intelligence reportsConduct research on industry topics and compile relevant dataAnalyze large datasets and build actionable visuals for various audiencesDevelop, review, and maintain Company product information to ensure it is current and accurate for stakeholder use and proactively identify customer issues to maximize the value of all product linesResearch best practices and industry trends. Perform pricing and competitive analysis and recommend and present strategies to leadership to improve market position and quality or reduce costsAssist direct supervisor with corporate strategy initiatives and ensure timely delivery of all business requirementsPerform other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS:Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.Profound attention to detailStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to break down complex conceptsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and regular deadlinesAbility to take initiative and seek out innovative ideasPossess strong oral and written communication skillsAdvanced in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field or relevant experience requiredExperience with commercial insurance or government programs (Medicare Advantage, Affordable Care Act Individual and Family, and Affordable Care Act Small Group), knowledge of managed care and the healthcare field strongly preferredGeneral knowledge of commercial health insurance rules, regulations and requirements preferredExperience writing detailed reports preferredExperience interpreting, extracting, and summarizing data from large documents
