Job Details

Position Summary:
The Hospice Volunteer Services Program Coordinator is responsible for recruitment, interviewing, orientation, placement, training, supervision, evaluation and recognition of volunteers serving in the assigned sites of MultiCare Health System. The Program Coordinator also supports existing and developing new volunteer service areas to continually enhance the services and quality of programs.

Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of customer service, clerical, retail or lead experience
One (1) year of direct experience in volunteer recruitment, student placement, and proven outcomes in large volunteer program development
Experience in healthcare preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree
