Responsibilities
•Follow-up with leads to increase sales
•Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
•Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
•Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
•Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications
•Must have a Colorado Real Estate License before starting
•Full-Time Agents Only
•Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
•Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
•Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
•A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
•Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
