About This PositionCRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Program Supervisors to support the wonderful individuals we serve!This is a full-time, 40-hrs/week, non-exempt position that will be working in our New Bedford, MA. CRJ offers opportunities for tremendous career advancement and professional development. Duties & Responsibilities:Supervises the Program Monitors on each shift to provide constructive feedback and situational corrective action. Must be willing to adjust schedule to provide supervision on all shifts.Develops and maintains weekly work schedules for Program Monitors on all 3 shifts.Assists the Assistant Program Director with recruitment and onboarding of staff.Coordinates Program Monitor training and orientation under the direction of the Assistant Director.Facilitates and documents ongoing supervision of Program Monitors and contributes Annual Job Performance Appraisals.Ensures all shift operations are accurately entered in SecurManage (shift activity, resident spot-checks, medication, urines, Alco-sensor, searches, incidents, drug tests, supervision of meals, etc…)Ensures shift incidents are responded to in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for completing all related notifications and paperwork, including Incident Reports prior to leaving shift.Schedules fire drills, room searches, vehicle searches, drug tests, chemical audits and monthly property room audits.Ensures security camera system is fully operational and used as required during shift operations.Maintains list of building maintenance issues and submits all concerns to Facility Manager.Ensures cleanliness of facility and assignment of daily resident chores.Attends staff meetings and other meetings and trainings as required.Performs other job related projects and activities as directed by Facility Manager. Job Qualifications:Associates Degree in related field, or 2-4 years related correctional, law enforcement or residential experience.1 year supervisory experience required.Prefer experience in residential or community correction program
